I offer a 15 minute phone consultation; sometimes it’s difficult to take that first step, and sometimes you may need to take a few extra steps to find the right therapist for you.
Hourly Rate
I believe that mental health services should be accessible to everyone – not just to those who can afford it.
With this in mind I operate on a “sliding scale” ranging from $100.00 to $160.00 (Includes HST) per 50 minute session depending on circumstances and availability.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give 24 hours notice. Please note that there is a full-session fee for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
